  • We require full payment at the time of party bookings.

  • If you cancel your booking more than 14 days out, you will have the choice to re-book another date within the next 90 days or receive a 50% refund of the full payment.

  • If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will have the choice to re-book another date within the next 90 days. No refunds will be given.

  • To cancel your birthday party, please contact the Kids’ Castle Manager directly at 504-303-4150

TO ENTER THE KIDS’ CASTLE:

All children and adults must wear socks to enter the play area.

All children must be under 51” tall.

 

Where is the Kids’ Castle located?
The Kids’ Castle is located inside the mall. The closest mall entrance is the Food Court entrance which is located between the P.F. Chang’s mall entrance and JCPenney.

Do I have to pay for my party when I book?
We require payment in full via PayPal at the time of booking. Please complete the form above.

Where do my guests and I park?
The JCPenney Parking Garage located near the Food Court Entrance.

Can I bring my own food and beverage for the party?
Please no outside food. The Food Court vendors listed below may be contacted separately for any food and beverage needs.

Do you provide ice cream?
No, we do not. You can order ice cream from Haagen-Dazs in the Food Court.

Can I bring my own themed paper products?
Yes, it is required that you supply your own paper products and utensils. You must also bring your own knife and lighter for the cake.

Can I hire a face painter or other entertainment for my party?
No outside entertainment is permitted.
